All data centers are connected several times via different line providers (so-called carriers) to the central carrier backbone of the Internet in Germany. This makes our services and cloud services particularly fail-safe. Of course, all systems are designed in a way they continue to work even in the event of a power failure.

The systems operated by us are permanently monitored and will alert emergency personnel for troubleshooting in case of a failure.
